As a Certified John C. Maxwell Team member (JMT), Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, and as an Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Certified Life Coach, I use various approaches, (i.e., John C. Maxwell 'TGOROW' Coaching Model; the Bruce D. Schneider Core Energy Coaching Process) to “address the energy behind the core thoughts that drive people forward or hold them back.”
At Life Act 3, I coach to shift your energies to higher levels to identify and remove internal blocks, so that you, and/or your team, will reach an awareness of the potentials deeply rooted within. Your experiencing 'Ah Ha' moments and feeling the sense of 'Making the Impossible Possible', will result in powerful 'I Can Do This' realizations and successful accomplishments.
Today we are all affected by global pandemic Covid 19 and are aware of the precautions necessary to do our part in getting this Pandemic under control. Equally important to address are issues regarding Social Injustice and Inequality. Each day I am focused on how, as an Agent of Change, I can positively impact the issues of our country and the world. I will start the conversations and provide Diversity and Inclusion (SHRM Compliant) training to help move you and your organization toward change regarding inequality and social injustice issues. And with the uncertainty of how long our social and/or physical distancing must continue, Life Act 3 will consistently provide our service offerings to you via virtual means.
